Acquerello Carnaroli Rice

Acquerello rice is a Carnaroli rice from Vercelli, located in the Italian region of Piemonte (Piedmont). After this rice is harvested from the fields, it is allowed to age for one year, which improves the texture of the rice and makes it more absorbent for cooking risotto.
