INGREDIENTS
Lemon verbena (Aloysia citriodora), marshmallow root (Althea officinalis), aronia berry (Aronia melanocarpa), lavender (Lavendula spp.)

Steep one or more tablespoons per cup of hot water for at least three minutes.
