We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not, our policy is as follows:
Returns for store credit or exchange will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, as a small business we are not able to offer refunds. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us prior to sending returns.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in unused/unopened/undamaged condition, just as it was received. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, due to hygienic/safety reasons: apothecary, sexual wellness, hair accessories and grooming tools, socks, pantry items, and stuffed animals.
