Sili Sauce

Sili Sauce is a small batch, homemade chili crisp by Samm Deboda. It is cooked in grapeseed oil with a chili blend, fried garlic, fried shallots, ginger, spices and corn nuts for crunch. With Filipino roots, the name "Sili" translates to "chili" in Tagalog and nods to the curiosity and playfulness in home cooking.
