This cookbook has many recipes and other things as well. It has a preface written by Buckminster Fuller. He also contributed an ice cream recipe, a poem, a song, an ode and a few culinary memories. There's a poem or song "written for Bucky's 85th. birthday by John Denver." And there are other poems dedicated to Buckminster by other authors. Recollections of Buckminster, by his acquaintances, are also included. A subsection of this book is called "A Macrobiotic Diet" by John Cage. It has an introduction and twenty-one recipes. This book has an index and the pages are illustrated. The back cover has a photo of Buckminster in front of a birthday cake.
